Starting September 2025 Birmingham Newman University is piloting a new secondary PGCE in collaboration with Bishop Challoner Catholic College in Birmingham and the Painsley Catholic Academy, Stoke on Trent. The course includes placements in at last two schools, complemented with fully online academic study. You can gain Qualified Teacher Status in only one year**You must have a degree in a related subject to be considered for the programme and complete a successful interview.
