Contemplative Spirituality Summit

The Contemplative Spirituality Summit 2026 gathers scholars, spiritual directors, artists, and seekers from across the world to explore the mystical wisdom of St John of the Cross. John of the Cross — poet, theologian, and Doctor of the Church — offers our age a profound path of inner transformation: a nada that strips away the false to make room for the true, a living flame of love that purifies and illuminates.

Through keynote addresses, sessions, workshops, author conversations, shared silence, and sacred music, the Summit invites participants into a two-day encounter with the Carmelite tradition at its most luminous.

The 2026 Summit marks a double centenary: 300 years since John's canonisation in 1726, and 100 years since Pius XI proclaimed him Doctor of the Universal Church in 1926.
