Dejan has been the Chef at St Joseph’s for five years, he delights in preparing delicious food for our residents. When there’s an occasion to celebrate, he creates special menus and makes homemade cakes for residents’ birthdays. He makes the effort to cater for all dietary requirements while making sure taste isn’t compromised. We couldn’t be prouder of Dejan and his kitchen team of Erica, Linda and Joanne for this achievement! Dejan was delighted with the result saying, “I am proud of the kitchen team and all we have achieved, I feel the 5 stars reflects the passion and commitment we have to the residents.” St Joseph’s Manager, Shelley Perryman, said: “I am extremely proud of all the hard work and dedication from the kitchen team, they work together to ensure the standards of the kitchen are high. Dejan goes above and beyond to ensure all residents needs are catered for including individual preferences and nothing is too much trouble.” Pictured in the kitchen team photo (left to right) are Annie, Deputy Manager, Linda, Kitchen Assistant, Dejan, Chef Joanne, Kitchen Assistant, Shelley, Manager.
