Latest News Discovering the hierarchy of the Catholic Church - digital artwork style Digital artwork of the Catholic Church hierarchy was unveiled by pupils at a whole school assembly. Year 6 children at Abbey Catholic Primary School, Erdington, created digital artwork of various figures - including our very own Archbishop Bernard Longley - and shared their learning. The artwork was created following a recent Multi-Faith Week which looked at the Catholic faith, its hierarchy and the roles within it. Year 6 needed to present their multi-faith learning with the whole school and class teachers utilised the 1-to-1 iPads in Year 6 and the app Freeform to teach a lesson on creating digital artwork. As well as capturing Archbishop Bernard, Pope Leo XIV and recently retired Cardinal Nichols, some of the children created artwork of parish priest, Fr Kieran Brady.
