Please pray for the repose of the soul of Deacon Paul Hender who died on Saturday 28 December 2024. 

Deacon Paul had served in the parish of St Mary and St Thomas More, Cannock. He was ordained on 1 July 1990. 

We pray for his wife and family and the parish community he served. 

The reception of Deacon Paul’s body will be at the Church of St Mary and St Thomas More, Walsall Road, Cannock, on Wednesday 12 February at 4.30pm.

The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday 13 February at 12noon. Bishop Timothy Menezes will preside.

The committal will be at Cannock Chase Crematorium, Norton Road, Heath Hayes.

The family invite all mourners to light refreshments in St Mary’s Church Centre following the ceremonies.
