Please pray for the repose of the soul of Fr Simon Hall who died on Wednesday 29 October 2025, at the age of 48.

Following his ordination on 14th July, 2001, he spent three years at St Giles, Cheadle. He was appointed parish priest of St Teresa’s, Perry Barr, Our Lady of the Angels, Nuneaton and then of St Teresa of the Child Jesus, Trent Vale, in 2023.

We pray for Fr Simon, his family, his friends and former parishioners and all who mourn him.  

May he Rest in Peace.

Funeral Arrangements

The Reception of Fr Simon’s body will be at St Teresa of the Child Jesus RC Church, Stone Road, Trent Vale, Stoke-on-Trent, on Wednesday 19 November at 6pm, followed by Holy Mass.

The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday 20 November at 12noon, at Holy Trinity RC Church, London Road, Newcastle-under-Lyme. Archbishop Bernard Longley will preside.
