Of your charity, please pray for the Repose of the Soul of Reverend Mgr Graham Wilkinson, retired Priest of the Archdiocese, who died on Wednesday 30 October, 2024, at the age of 77, fortified by the rites of Holy Mother Church.

Mgr Wilkinson was ordained on 10 January, 1976 and ministered in many Birmingham parishes including St Chad’s Cathedral, as well as English Martyrs, Rugby, St Michael’s, Penn and St Peter’s Bromsgrove, from where he retired in 2022.

He was appointed Chaplain to His Holiness in 1996.

We pray for Mgr Graham’s friends, his parish families and all who mourn him.

Funeral Arrangements

Mgr Graham’s body will be received into St Peter’s Church, Bromsgrove, at 7pm on Thursday 28 November, followed by the celebration of Mass.

Mgr Graham’s Requiem Mass will take place at St Chad’s Cathedral at 12noon on Friday 29 November. Archbishop Bernard Longley will preside.

There will be a reception after Mass in the Grimshaw Room.

The burial will take place at 3.30pm at Our Blessed Lady & St Alphonsus, Blackmore Park.
