Latest News Three weeks to go! Nicole’s skydive for Father Hudson’s Caritas Nicole Totterdell, MAT Account Manager at Teaching Personnel, is taking on the incredible challenge of a skydive in Australia in February to raise money for Father Hudson’s Caritas (FHC). Teaching Personnel works with Catholic schools and multi-academy trusts to recruit experienced, fully vetted educators who are passionate about Catholic education and the communities they serve. Nicole (pictured) was introduced to the charity through her collaboration with the Archdiocese of Birmingham, whose schools have been working incredibly hard to raise funds and awareness for Father Hudson Caritas' cause. "Thanks to the incredible support and backing of my amazing employer, Teaching Personnel, last year we were able to donate a large amount of food and Christmas gifts to children and families in need. Seeing first hand the difference this charity makes within the community has inspired me to raise the stakes and take on the biggest challenge I’ve ever faced," said Nicole. "On Wednesday 18 February I’ll be stepping well outside my comfort zone by jumping out of a plane from 15,000 feet in Byron Bay, Australia, to raise funds. "I’m taking on this skydive to support the incredible work Father Hudson’s Caritas does across the community." Across the 241 schools within the Archdiocese of Birmingham, they have been collaborating with Father Hudson's Caritas to continue supporting those most in need. Together, the schools have raised an outstanding amount of £130,000 and counting, through a wide range of fundraising events and activities. In addition, schools have donated food, toiletries, and essential resources, as well as volunteering their time to support the charity's mission.
